The Health And Wellness Check-in I Do Monthly As A Holistic Health Coach
Completing a monthly check in is something that can help you:
-stay motivated
-push past blocks
-overcome obstacles that you’ve been struggling with
-stay consistent with your healthy habits and routines
-learn where you need to make adjustments to your lifestyle and habits to optimize your results
I love sitting down once a month to complete a quick check-in on my goals. This is a practice that I swear by to help me reach goals effortlessly. This check-in focuses on the most crucial aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including healthy eating, fitness, self-care, and mindfulness.
You don’t need a lot of time to complete this practice. All you need is 10-15 minutes to answer each of the following questions in a notebook. I recommend keeping your answers in the same notebook each month so you can easily review them later.
The Check-In:
What are your current goals?
How have you been feeling the past month (emotionally and physically)?
How satisfied are you with your progression towards your goals? What adjustments can be made to bring you more satisfaction?
What are some achievements you have made in the areas of healthy eating, fitness, self care and mindfulness?
What are some obstacles you have faced in the areas of healthy eating, fitness, self care and mindfulness? How have you worked to overcome them?
What shifts can you can make to your routine/lifestyle to overcome challenges that you have been facing?
What shifts can you make in your current routine/lifestyle to help make reaching your goals more doable?
What type of support do you need on your journey and what can you do to gain that support?
This type of self reflection work can help you make necessary adjustments where needed to help you reach your goals more effortlessly. This is something I love to do and it is something that I encourage my clients to do in my 1:1 Live Well Coaching Program.
