Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Smoothies are one of my go-to breakfasts, especially as a mom of two. They’re quick, require almost no clean-up, and give me a chance to sneak in a ton of vitamins and nutrients before the day gets too busy. When life feels like a never ending to-do list, having something simple yet nourishing is such a lifesaver.

This recipe is one of my absolute favorites for the autumn season. It tastes like a cozy pumpkin spice latte in smoothie form. It’s creamy, sweet, and lightly spiced without the added sugars. Plus, it’s packed with protein, healthy fats, and hormone-friendly ingredients to help you feel full, energized, and balanced.

What You Need (serves 1)

½–1 frozen banana (depending on how sweet you like it)

1 serving vanilla protein powder

3 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tbsp almond butter

½ tsp maca powder (optional, but amazing for hormonal support)

1 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (I love this one here)

8–10 oz almond milk (or any milk you love)

Ice to thicken

Directions

    1.    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

    2.    Blend until smooth and creamy.

    3.    Pour into your favorite glass or jar, sprinkle a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top, and enjoy!

Why You’ll Love This Smoothie

    •    Hormone Support: The maca + chia seeds are amazing for energy and hormonal balance.

    •    Protein-Packed: Keeps you full all morning without reaching for a snack 30 minutes later.

    •    Seasonal Flavor: All the cozy vibes of pumpkin spice in a nourishing breakfast.

    •    Mom-Friendly: Takes less than 5 minutes and minimal clean-up.
