Cinnamon Maple Vanilla Energy Balls

There’s something so cozy about the combination of cinnamon, vanilla, and maple. It’s like a little taste of fall you can enjoy any time of year. These Cinnamon Maple Vanilla Energy Balls are the perfect no-bake snack to fuel busy days, keep you satisfied between meals, or give you a little boost before your workout.

Made with wholesome oats, creamy peanut butter, and a touch of flax for extra nutrition, they’re not only delicious but also nutrient-dense. The best part? They come together in just a few minutes, and you don’t even need to turn on the oven.

Why You’ll Love These Energy Balls

They’re quick & easy – Ready in under 10 minutes, no baking required.

They’re made with wholesome ingredients – Oats for fiber, peanut butter for protein, flax for healthy fats.

They’re naturally sweetened – Maple syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness without refined sugar.

Great for on-the-go – Store them in the fridge or freezer for grab-and-go snacks.

What you need (makes 12 balls):

1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxmeal
½ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract or ¼ tsp pure vanilla bean powder
Pinch of salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Then begin to scoop out about 2 tbsp of batter per ball. Roll in your palms until a ball is formed. Place in a glass Tupperware container and store covered in the fridge for up to a week or store in the freezer for longer.

Variations & Tips

    •    Nut-Free: Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter or tahini.

    •    Extra Texture: Stir in mini chocolate chips, chopped pecans, or shredded coconut.

    •    Boost the Protein: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder, just adjust with more maple syrup or peanut butter if the mix feels dry.
