Fig And Strawberry Protein Smoothie
Mornings are my favorite time of day, but I’d be lying if I said they didn’t feel like a mad rush sometimes. That’s why I love having quick and easy breakfasts lined up like nourishing smoothies that make healthy eating simple. One of my favorites for the end of summer is this Fig & Strawberry Protein Smoothie.
It’s creamy, refreshing, and packed with skin-loving nutrients that help support collagen production for that radiant, “glow from within” look we all crave.
Figs + Strawberries = A Glow-Boosting Duo
Both figs and strawberries are delicious on their own, but when blended together, they become a nutrient powerhouse for your skin and overall wellness.

I love stocking up on figs when they are in season and storing in a ziplock baggy in the freezer for future smoothies.
A Quick & Easy Breakfast for On-the-Go
One of the best parts about this smoothie? It takes less than 5 minutes to make. Just toss the ingredients into a blender, and you’ve got a nourishing breakfast you can sip in the car, between school drop-offs, or at your desk.
What you need (serves 1):
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 fresh figs (option to freeze them before hand)
1 frozen banana
8-10oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 scoop protein powder (optional to add collagen powder, for an extra glow boost)
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp hempseed
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into your favorite glass or travel cup, and enjoy on the go!
Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. Even the simplest routines (like blending up a smoothie) can make a big difference in how you look and feel.
