Ingredients (serves 1):
• 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
• 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
• 1-2 medjool dates (pitted)
• 1 tbsp ground flaxmeal
• 1/4 avocado
• 1 serving vanilla protein powder (plant-based)
• 8-10 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
ice to thicken
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth. Add ice or adjust plant milk as needed for texture. Sip and glow.
