Banana Almond Butter Green Glow Smoothie

This is the green smoothie I come back to over and over again. It’s not just delicious but it’s also packed with nutrients that support hormonal balance, digestion, and radiant skin from the inside out.
It’s mom-life friendly (read: no fancy ingredients), and it actually tastes good thanks to the banana and almond butter combo. Plus, the hemp seeds add clean, plant-based protein and those essential omega-3s that help reduce inflammation and keep skin supple.
